有害生物的综合防治是一项科学性强的复杂社会工程,是一项艰巨而长远的庞大系统工程。防治应结合害虫的种群分类、生态特性和自然环境因素、人们的生活活动等整体观念出发,同时应以工程建筑学及昆虫学与环境保护为主题,以防治质量为中心。针对性地设计害虫综合防治方案,严格按照相关政策规定,建立pco的“危害分析及关键控制点”即HACCPpco系统(是一种pco企业自己有组织、有系统、有条理、有计划的对害虫进行危害分析与关键控制的自主管理系统)与“虫害综合防治措施”即Integrated
Pest Management(预防为主、因地制宜综合各种防治方法,使之成为一个有机整体系统运用)。
Overall prevention and control of pests is a scientific and complicated
social project which requires arduous and long-term effort. The
classification and living features of pests, natural environment
factors and people's activities have to be taken into consideration
in the process of prevention and control. At the same time, engineering
architecture, entomology and environment protection should be made
the theme of the prevention and control, with quality.Specific plan
for overall prevention and control of pests should be made and Harm
Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system of PCO (an organized,
systematic, ordered, and planned self-management system of PCO companies
for harm analysis and critical control) and Integrated Pest Management
(Prevention first; To take various measures for prevention and control
so as to make them an organic whole for systematic application)
should be established strictly according to relevant policies and
regulations.
同时结合实际情况(环境条件、地理位置等),以昆虫生态学为基础,将有害昆虫采用综合防治措施(环境治理、生态防治、物理防治、化学防治等一切有效手段)控制于不足造成危害水平。
Meanwhile, overall prevention and control measures (environment
